How often do you release new items/ have a store update?

I don’t have standardised release dates as I am one artist creating across multiple mediums. I also have a little family who I dreamed would take up my time one day, and they do in the best of ways. That said, everything I make is done carefully and with a bucketload of intent which takes time and means limited runs. I aim to keep my shop stocked but the best way to stay in the know is to sign up to my email list (because they always get notified first!)

I aim to ship within two working days of receiving order and then it is standardised Australia post of 5-7 days for within Australia, and up to 2 weeks for overseas (but this is dependent on country location). Shipments will be sent via regular post, in which Australia Post will leave the item in a safe place if possible.

Shipping (within Australia) is an additional fee of $9.95 but any orders over $150 will receive complimentary free shipping. 

All international shipping is an additional fee of $14.95. 

Keep it in either the box or bag it comes in to look after it. Avoid wearing it in water (including showers). Jewellery can feature porcelain pendants, natural stones, glass or high-quality pearls so should be handled with care. All findings are either sterling silver or gold-plated (nickel free and hypoallergenic). Jewellery will of course show some wear with time (sheesh we all age!) as in its nature, but should any issues arise outside standard wear-and-tear you can always reach out to hello@merimila.com

Anything with gold lustre on it CANNOT go in the dishwasher or microwave.

If it doesn’t have lustre, you can put it in the dishwasher; however hand washing it is the best option to maximise the longevity of your piece. Dishwashing is harsh and will likely reduce the lifetime of your item.
